Health Assured, a 24 hour helpline is available to all our employees and their immediate family. 

This is confidential support service, which can be used for a wide range of issues: family issues, financial information, legal information, medical information, relationships, housing concerns, alcohol or drug issues, childcare advice, stress and anxiety, gambling issues, domestic abuse, retirement, consumer issues, tax information and bereavement. 

 

The service can be accessed by calling the free 24 hour helpline number 0800 030 5182. 

 

There is also an online health portal for nutritional advice, health checks, fitness advice, personal coaching, medical factsheets or BMI assessments.
