Katherine has a BSc Hons degree in Sport Studies and Associated Psychology, a PGCE in Physical Education, a MA in Education; Professional Development and the NPQH qualification. She has held a number of senior leadership roles in schools in challenging circumstances, served as one of Her Majesty’s Inspector’s with Ofsted, worked independently as a school improvement advisor and more recently worked as a School Leadership and Effectiveness advisor with the local authority across all phases of education. She is passionate about inclusive education and equality of opportunity for all pupils.

She has a real interest in curriculum development and educational research, particularly the impact this can have on raising the quality of provision for all pupils.
