Helen joined First Federation Trust in December 2025. She brings extensive senior leadership experience across education, charities and complex multi-site organisations. She previously held executive roles including Chief Executive of Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust, Chief Operating Officer at Wild Planet Trust and Director of Commercial Development at Exeter University Students’ Guild.

She brings a strong track record in operational leadership, strategic planning, financial oversight, governance and organisational improvement, supporting boards and senior leaders to ensure effective delivery, sustainability, high-quality outcomes and value for money.
