Sarah Elliot-Judge joined First Federation Trust in 2024 bringing with her 28 years of experience in education, a passion for supporting and developing leaders in education to impact on outcomes for children, and a good understanding of business and operations. She has a 2:1 BEd Hons in Theatre and Performance Studies and a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Over the years, Sarah has taught across a mix of year groups in a range of primary schools, has had a variety of school leadership roles including being Head of a large junior school for eight years and other roles as deputy and acting head, and she has worked for a Local Authority (LA) as literacy lead, in school improvement, and supporting new heads. Before joining First Federation, Sarah was a school improvement lead for another trust.
