You can access the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors, Strategic & Finance Committee (which replaced the Strategic & Audit committee from end September 2019) and Members, for the last two years, by clicking on the links below. 

The minutes are uploaded once the draft has been approved by the chair of the meeting so they are published in a timely manner. If they are any significant changes to the final minutes, these will be available instead.
